I wasn't sure how good Nathan was as a Realtor, but I planned to choose him because he is a relative of High Moral Fiber! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he was even better at his profession than I even imagined. He knows his stuff when it comes to realty. I'd love to give Nathan a mark of something lower than Excellent just as a joke, but the reality is that he was excellent in each of these areas. If I could offer him one area that he could improve on, I wouldn't be able to find one. He knows his stuff! Even though I was related to Nathan, he was very honest with us, and kept us on task in order to prepare our house for sale, and even after the sale he kept us on track to get out on time.
